Titanium Sponge Granules can be compacted to form unique shapes using “net shape” press and sintering technology. Accushape takes loose powder, compacts in a die and sinters (fires) the compact in a high vacuum furnace. The furnace has an very pure atmosphere, like out space that prevents any contamination of the titanium.
